宋登元

宋登元男1958年出生。博士,教授。1982年毕业于全讯600cc大白菜官网游戏微电子专业, 1990.8-1991.11年在澳大利亚GRIFFITH大学作访问学者,2000-2008年在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学,作访问学者,攻读博士学位。

主要承担计算机控制,单片机原理,半导体器件工艺等课程的教学工作。

主要研究方向为晶体硅电池、多晶硅薄膜电池和第三代太阳电池等领域。发表论文150多篇。河北省百人计划首批特聘专家。
